About
Lifelong Equestrian with a Hunger for Competition
For as long as I can remember, riding has been the one constant in my life. It has shaped me, challenged me, and given me a purpose beyond the ring. Competing in college is the natural next step in my journey—I’ve dedicated my childhood to progressing in the sport, and I want to continue pushing myself at the highest level.
As a junior from Hydes, Maryland, I have been fortunate to train under the guidance of Selina Petronelli who has been coaching me since I was two years old. More recently I have begun training with Jacob Pope who will train me at National Finals and at competitive venues such as WEF.
I am fortunate to have years of competition under my belt and feel like I thrive under pressure. Some of my most notable results include winning the Maryland Horse Show Association Hunt Seat Final out of 19, winning the VHSA Medal Finals out of 25+ with a score of 89, winning the AYR Equitation Challenge, and finishing 4th out of 44 in the 3'3" 15 & Under Small Junior Hunter Classic at Junior Hunter Finals. I hold myself to a high standard, always striving to perform at my absolute best. While the pressure I put on myself can be intense, I’ve learned how to channel it into focus and determination, allowing me to rise to the occasion.
Beyond competition, I take my leadership responsibilities seriously. As the only junior rider at my barn competing at the highest levels, I recognize that younger riders look up to me. I strive to set an example of hard work, sportsmanship, and perseverance. Having four brothers has also reinforced my leadership skills, as I often take on responsibilities both at home and in the barn.
Riding has always been more than just a sport to me—it’s a part of who I am. I’m excited for the opportunity to continue my journey at the collegiate level, pushing myself to grow as both a rider and a competitor.
